In this workshop, you'll learn the basics of applying gentle stretching and pressure on specific points of your partner's, family's, or friend's body. This is ideal for those who want some stretching but are too lazy to do yoga or exercise themselves. While stretching them, you're also stretching yourself, making it feel like you're both doing yoga together.
